ONLINE STORE TERMS
PRODUCTS, PURCHASE AND PAYMENTS
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, digital wallet payments and PayPal. Payment is taken before the digital products are made available to you.
DELIVERY
Digital products are made available for customers to download instantly (or almost instantly) after the purchase. The access is provided through a link displayed on screen after the payment is made and also emailed to the customer. Customers get lifetime access to the materials so long as the product(s) is/are available.
We grant customers one (1) exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, license to use the Digital Product(s) they have purchased. When purchasing our digital products, you understand and agree that the Product materials may not be shared with any third party and is for your personal use only.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by you in connection with the product will be allowed.
