HOW DO I DOWNLOAD YOUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS?

After you complete the purchase on our website, you will see your order confirmation screen with a button to instantly download your digital files. You will also receive an email containing a PDF download link.

CAN ANYONE BUY YOUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS?

Our digital dates are available to purchase in all the countries around the world and are not limited to UK customers.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, digital wallet payments and PayPal. Payment is taken before the orders are shipped or before access to digital downloads is provided.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We deliver our physical products in the UK (excluding Channel Islands, PO boxes, or British Forces Post Office locations). As our company grows, we will look to expand the locations we ship to.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

Physical products usually take 2-4 working days to arrive if standard delivery is selected and 1-2 working days if express delivery is selected.

CAN I RETURN MY DATE NIGHT?

Physical products: You can return the physical products within 30 days from the dispatch date. We will provide a full refund to the original method of payment, upon receipt of the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products which are not complete or not in their original state. We do not reimburse the cost of shipping returns of our products.

Digital products: Due to the nature of digital products being instantly available to you upon purchase, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, we operate a '100% happiness guarantee', so if something isn't right, let us know by emailing hello@atwistofdate.co.uk or by submitting a contact form on our Contact Us. We will go the extra mile to make sure you have a positive experience with us.

WHAT TO DO IF ITEMS ARE DAMAGED/MISSING?

Physical products: If you receive a parcel with damaged or missing items, please notify us immediately by emailing hello@atwistofdate.co.uk and attaching appropriate pictures. We will endeavour to deliver a replacement to you within 48 hours or issue a refund.

Digital products: In an unlikely event of not being able to access your digital download after your purchase, please contact us at hello@atwistofdate.co.uk and we will manually send you your digital date night.
